It’s that time again!  Our annual meeting is coming up fast.  The meeting is scheduled for March 14, 2017, 7:00 PM at the Magnolia Community Center located at 422 Melton Magnolia, TX  77354.

 

There are three (3) positions coming open on the Board.  The term for each position is three years.  The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday every other month and the annual meeting in March.  During the meetings, such decisions such as vendors, repairs, improvements and other issues are discussed. We are always looking for ways to keep our costs down while maintaining and improving the neighborhood.

 

If you are interested in running for the Board, please send a ½ page biography, letting your neighbors know about yourself, so the neighborhood can make informed decisions while voting.  If you are interested, please send your bio to Angela at CKM Property Management, 701 Clarence Tomball, TX  77375 or email to angela@ckm1.com.  All submissions must be received by February 13, 2017 in order to be placed on the ballot.
